I-vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) ubuchwepheshe bokukhiqiza umoya-mpilo yindlela ephumelelayo neyonga amandla yokulungiselela umoya-mpilo. Ifinyelela ukuhlukaniswa kwe-oxygen ne-nitrogen ngokusebenzisa i-adsorption ekhethiwe yama-sieve amangqamuzana. 1. Uhlelo lokwelapha umoya ongahluziwe

Ukucindezelwa komoya: I-blower icindezela umoya we-ambient cishe ku-63kPa (umfutho wegeji) ukuze unikeze amandla okukhangisa okulandelayo. Inqubo yokucindezela izokhiqiza izinga lokushisa eliphezulu, elidinga ukupholiswa kunqubo edingekayo yokushisa (cishe 5-40℃) ngesipholile samanzi.

3. Uhlelo lokuncibilika kanye nokuvuselela kabusha

I-vacuum desorption: Ngemva kokugcwaliswa kwesikhala, iphampu yevacuum inciphisa ukucindezela embhoshongweni ukuya ku-50kPa, iqeda i-nitrogen futhi iyikhiphe ku-exhaust muffler.

Ukuhlanzwa komoyampilo: Esigabeni sakamuva sokwenziwa kabusha, ioksijini ethile yomkhiqizo yethulwa ukuze ishaye umbhoshongo we-adsorption ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukusebenza kahle kwe-adsorption komjikelezo olandelayo.

4.Uhlelo lokucubungula umkhiqizo

Isibari somoya-mpilo: Imikhiqizo ye-oksijini engaqhubeki igcinwa kuqala ku-buffer tank (ingcindezi engu-14-49kPa), bese icindezelwa kungcindezi edingekayo yomsebenzisi yi-compressor.

Isiqinisekiso sobumsulwa: Ngezihlungi ezinhle nokulawula ibhalansi yokugeleza, ukuphuma komoya okuzinzile kuqinisekiswa.

5.Uhlelo lokulawula oluhlakaniphile

I-Adopt PLC ukuze uthole ukusebenza okuzenzakalelayo ngokugcwele, ngemisebenzi efana nokuqapha ingcindezi, i-alamu yephutha, ukulungiselelwa kokusetshenziswa kwamandla, nokusekelwa kokuqapha okukude.

Inqubo ishayela umjikelezo we-adsorption-desorption ngoshintsho lwengcindezi. Uma kuqhathaniswa nobuchwepheshe be-PSA bendabuko, usizo lwe-vacuum kunciphisa kakhulu ukusetshenziswa kwamandla (cishe u-0.32-0.38kWh/Nm³). Isetshenziswe kabanzi embonini yensimbi, yamakhemikhali, yezokwelapha nakweminye, futhi ifaneleka kakhulu izimo ezidinga umoya-mpilo ophakathi nendawo nezinkulu.
