Ubuchwepheshe bokukhiqiza i-oxygen ye-vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) buyindlela ephumelelayo neyonga amandla yokulungiselela i-oxygen. Bufinyelela ukuhlukaniswa kwe-oxygen ne-nitrogen ngokumuncwa okukhethiwe kwezisefo zama-molecule. Ukuhamba kwenqubo yalo kuhlanganisa ikakhulukazi izixhumanisi ezilandelayo eziyinhloko:
1. Uhlelo lokwelapha umoya ongahluziwe
Ukucindezelwa komoya: I-blower icindezela umoya ozungezile ube cishe yi-63kPa (ingcindezi yokulinganisa) ukuze inikeze amandla okumuncwa okulandelayo. Inqubo yokucindezela izokhiqiza izinga lokushisa eliphezulu, okudingeka lipholiswe lifinyelele izinga lokushisa elidingekayo (cishe 5-40℃) ngesithambisi samanzi.
Ukuhlanzwa kwangaphambi kokwelashwa: Kusetshenziswa isihlungi esinezigaba ezimbili ukususa ukungcola okwenziwe ngomshini, kanti idivayisi yokomisa isetshenziswa ukususa ukungcola okufana nomswakama kanye nenkungu kawoyela ukuvikela isihlungi sama-molecule esimunca i-adsorbent.
2. Uhlelo lokuhlukanisa i-Adsorption
Ukumuncwa kwemibhoshongo emibili okushintshana: Uhlelo luhlonyiswe ngemibhoshongo emibili yokumuncwa ehlonyiswe ngezisefo zama-molecular ze-zeolite. Uma umbhoshongo owodwa umuncwa, omunye umubhoshongo uyavuselelwa. Umoya ocindezelwe ungena usuka phansi kombhoshongo, kanti isisefo sama-molecular simuncwa ngokukhethekile ukungcola okufana ne-nitrogen ne-carbon dioxide, kanti umoya-mpilo (ubumsulwa obungu-90%-95%) uphuma phezulu kombhoshongo.
Ukulawulwa kwengcindezi: Ingcindezi yokumuncwa ivame ukugcinwa ngaphansi kwama-55kPa, futhi ukushintsha okuzenzakalelayo kufezwa ngama-valve omoya.
3. Uhlelo lokukhipha amanzi emzimbeni kanye nokuvuselela
Ukumuncwa kwe-vacuum: Ngemva kokugcwala, iphampu ye-vacuum yehlisa ingcindezi embhoshongweni ibe yi--50kPa, imuncwa i-nitrogen bese iyikhipha ku-exhaust muffler.
Ukuhlanza i-oxygen: Esigabeni sokugcina sokuvuselelwa, i-oxygen ethile yomkhiqizo ifakwa ukuze kuhlanzwe umbhoshongo wokumunca ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukusebenza kahle kokumunca komjikelezo olandelayo.
4.Uhlelo lokucubungula umkhiqizo
I-oxygen buffer: Imikhiqizo ye-oxygen engaqhubeki igcinwa kuqala ethangini le-buffer (ingcindezi engu-14-49kPa), bese icindezelwa yi-compressor ukuze ifinyelele ingcindezi edingekayo yomsebenzisi.
Isiqinisekiso sobumsulwa: Ngokusebenzisa izihlungi ezincane kanye nokulawula ibhalansi yokugeleza, kuqinisekiswa ukuphuma komoya-mpilo okuzinzile.
5.Uhlelo lokulawula oluhlakaniphile
I-Adopt PLC ukuze ifinyelele ukusebenza okuzenzakalelayo ngokugcwele, ngemisebenzi efana nokuqapha ingcindezi, i-alamu yamaphutha, ukwenza ngcono ukusetshenziswa kwamandla, kanye nokusekela ukuqapha okude.
Le nqubo iqhuba umjikelezo wokumuncwa nokususwa komoya ngokusebenzisa izinguquko zokucindezela. Uma kuqhathaniswa nobuchwepheshe bendabuko be-PSA, usizo lwe-vacuum lunciphisa kakhulu ukusetshenziswa kwamandla (cishe u-0.32-0.38kWh/Nm³). Isetshenziswe kabanzi emikhakheni yensimbi, yamakhemikhali, yezokwelapha kanye neminye, futhi ifaneleka kakhulu ezimweni zokufunwa komoya-mpilo okuphakathi nendawo kanye nokukhulu.
