1. I-oksijini

Ukugeleza kwenqubo yokuhlukaniswa komoya ukukhiqiza umoya-mpilo ngokuvamile: ukumunca umoya → umbhoshongo wokumunca i-carbon dioxide → i-compressor → i-cooler → i-dryer → ifriji → i-liquefaction separator → i-oyela separator → i-gas storage tank → i-oxygen compressor → igesi eligcwalisiwe. 2. I-nitrogen

Izindlela eziyinhloko zokukhiqiza i-nitrogen yezimboni zifaka phakathi indlela yokuhlukanisa umoya, indlela yokumunca ingcindezi, indlela yokuhlukanisa ulwelwesi kanye nendlela yokushisa.

I-nitrogen etholakala ngendlela yokuhlukanisa umoya ihlanzekile kakhulu futhi isebenzisa amandla aphansi. Ubuchwepheshe be-nitrogen bokufaka ingcindezi eshintshashintshayo buwukusebenzisa isihlungi se-carbon molecular se-5A ukuze kufakwe izingxenye ezithile emoyeni, kuhlukaniswe umoya-mpilo ne-nitrogen ukuze kukhiqizwe i-nitrogen, umfutho womkhiqizo we-nitrogen uphezulu, ukusetshenziswa kwamandla aphansi, ubumsulwa bomkhiqizo bungahlangabezana nezindinganiso zikazwelonke: i-nitrogen yezimboni ≥98.5%, i-nitrogen emsulwa ≥99.95%

3. I-Argon

I-Argon iyigesi engasebenzi kahle etholakala kakhulu emoyeni, futhi izindlela eziyinhloko zokukhiqiza ukuhlukaniswa komoya. Enqubweni yokukhiqizwa komoya-mpilo, i-argon ewuketshezi itholakala ngokuhlukanisa ingxenye enephuzu lokubila elingu--185.9℃ kusuka kusihlukanisi soketshezi.
