1. Umoya-mpilo

Izindlela eziyinhloko zokukhiqiza umoya-mpilo wezimboni i-air liquefaction separation distillation (okubizwa ngokuthi ukuhlukaniswa komoya), i-hydroelectricity kanye ne-pressure swing adsorption. Inqubo yokugeleza kokuhlukaniswa komoya ukuze kukhiqizwe umoya-mpilo ngokuvamile iwukuba: ukumunca umoya → umbhoshongo wokumunca isikhutha → i-compressor → isipholile → isomisi → isiqandisi → isihlukanisi se-liquefaction → isihlukanisi sikawoyela → ithangi lokugcina igesi → i-oxygen compressor → ukugcwaliswa kwegesi. Isimiso esiyisisekelo siwukuthi ngemva kokuba umoya uncibilikisiwe, amaphuzu abilayo ahlukene engxenye ngayinye emoyeni asetshenziselwa ukuhlukaniswa nokulungiswa kusihlukanisi soketshezi ukukhiqiza umoya-mpilo. Ucwaningo nokuthuthukiswa kwamayunithi amakhulu akhiqiza umoya-mpilo kuye kwanciphisa ukusetshenziswa kwamandla okukhiqiza umoya-mpilo, futhi kulula ukukhiqiza imikhiqizo ehlukahlukene yokuhlukanisa umoya (njenge-nitrogen, i-argon namanye amagesi angenayo) ngesikhathi esifanayo. Ukuze kube lula ukugcinwa nokuthutha, i-oxygen ewuketshezi ehlukaniswe isihlukanisi se-liquefaction iphonswa ethangini lokugcina uketshezi lwe-cryogenic, bese ithuthelwa esiteshini sokugcwalisa unomphela se-cryogenic eliquefied gesi ngeloli. I-nitrogen ewuketshezi kanye ne-argon ye-liquid nayo igcinwa futhi ihanjiswe ngale ndlela.

2. I-nitrogen

Izindlela eziyinhloko zokukhiqiza i-nitrogen yezimboni zihlanganisa indlela yokuhlukanisa umoya, indlela yokukhangisa yokuguqula ukucindezela, indlela yokuhlukanisa ulwelwesi kanye nendlela yokuvutha.

I-nitrogen etholwe ngendlela yokuhlukanisa umoya inokuhlanzeka okuphezulu nokusetshenziswa kwamandla okuphansi. I-Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen technology ukusetshenziswa kwe-5A carbon molecular sieve ye-adsorption ekhethiwe yezingxenye emoyeni, ukuhlukaniswa komoya-mpilo ne-nitrogen ukukhiqiza i-nitrogen, ingcindezi yomkhiqizo we-nitrogen iphezulu, ukusetshenziswa kwamandla okuphansi, ukuhlanzeka komkhiqizo kungahlangabezana nezindinganiso zikazwelonke: i-nitrogen yezimboni ≥98.5%, i-nitrogen ehlanzekile ≥9.

3.I-Argon

I-Argon iyigesi ye-inert eningi kakhulu emkhathini, futhi izindlela zokukhiqiza eziyinhloko ukuhlukaniswa komoya. Enqubweni yokukhiqizwa kwe-oksijeni, i-argon ye-liquid itholakala ngokuhlukanisa ingxenyenamba enephuzu elibilayo elingu -185.9℃ kusihlukanisi soketshezi.
