USolwazi Milind Etri, uSihlalo woBunjiniyela Bemishini, i-IIT-B, kanye ne-Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE) baveze ubufakazi bomqondo wokuguqulwa okusheshayo kwesitshalo se-nitrogen sibe isitshalo se-oxygen.

Amaqembu e-Atrey kanye ne-TCE aphakamise ukuthi kufakwe izihlungi ezisetshenziselwa ukukhipha i-nitrogen kuyunithi ye-PSA ngezihlungi ezingakhipha umoya-mpilo esikhundleni sazo.
“Esitshalweni se-nitrogen, umfutho womoya uyalawulwa bese uhlanzwa ekungcoleni okufana nomhwamuko wamanzi, uwoyela, i-carbon dioxide nama-hydrocarbon. Ngemva kwalokho, umoya ohlanziwe ungena ekamelweni le-PSA elihlonyiswe ngezisefo zama-molecule e-carbon noma izihlungi ezingahlukanisa i-nitrogen nomoya-mpilo. Siphakamisa ukuthi kufakwe isisefo ngesisefo esingahlukanisa umoya-mpilo esikhundleni saso,” kusho u-Etry, uchwepheshe we-cryogenics kanye nomqondisi wocwaningo nentuthuko kwa-IIT-B.

Onjiniyela be-Spantech, umkhiqizi wesitshalo se-nitrogen ne-oxygen se-PSA edolobheni, bahlanganyele kulo msebenzi wokuhlola futhi bafaka izingxenye zesitshalo ezidingekayo ngesimo sebhulokhi e-IIT-B ukuze zihlolwe.
Iphrojekthi yokuhlola ihlose ukuthola izixazululo ezisheshayo nezilula zokuntuleka komoya-mpilo okukhulu ezikhungweni zezempilo ezweni lonke.
U-Amit Sharma, uMqondisi Ophethe we-TCE, uthe: “Lo msebenzi wokuhlola ukhombisa ukuthi ikhambi elisha lokukhiqiza umoya-mpilo ophuthumayo kusetshenziswa ingqalasizinda ekhona lingasiza kanjani izwe ukubhekana nenkinga yamanje.”
“Kusithathe cishe izinsuku ezintathu ukuhlomisa kabusha. Lena inqubo elula engaqedwa ngokushesha ezinsukwini ezimbalwa. Izitshalo ze-nitrogen ezweni lonke zingasebenzisa lobu buchwepheshe ukuguqula izitshalo zazo zibe izitshalo ze-oxygen,” kusho u-Etry.
Ucwaningo lokuhlola, olwamenyezelwa ngoLwesine ekuseni, ludonsele ukunaka kwezombusazwe eziningi. “Sithole intshisekelo evela ezikhulwini eziningi zikahulumeni hhayi eMaharashtra kuphela kodwa nasezweni lonke mayelana nokuthi lokhu kungakhuliswa kanjani futhi kusetshenziswe kanjani ezitshalweni ze-nitrogen ezikhona. Njengamanje senza inqubo yethu ibe lula ukusiza izitshalo ezikhona ukuthi zisebenzise lo modeli.” Kunezela u-Atrey.
